No need to start a claim yourself, but if you have already started the process of a claim, just let us know the claim number and we will take it from there. If the process has not been started please bring us your receipt or proof of purchase. If it is within its warranty time frame and qualifies as a warranty repair we will get it fixed.
*note: If a unit is brought in for warranty work and it does not qualify for warranty repair because of user/operator error you will be charged a diagnostics fee when picking up the unit, and you will be responsible for repair cost if you have approved a repair, but you will be called before any repairs are made if it does not fall under warranty repair.
example: Motor blown because of no oil.
Once you equipment has been serviced and repaired we will give you a call for pick up with you cost to you. It's that easy!
